Dr. Mark Turner is the President and CEO of Optimal Solutions Group and Co-Founder of Revelo Software, which develops modular SaaS solutions for the public sector. A labor economist with over 25 years of experience, he applies data, technology, and analytics to improve how government programs and industry operate and measure impact. He has led large-scale evaluation and data initiatives for the U.S. Small Business Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce, NIST, and USAID. Dr. Turner previously served at Johns Hopkins University, the Urban Institute, and the U.S. Government Accountability Office. He currently serves on the AI Upskilling Working Group of the Maryland Governor’s Workforce Development Board and the Education & Workforce Committee of the National Data Science Alliance, and formerly on the Council of Graduate Schools’ Employer Roundtable.
